LEARNING GROUP ONE

A smart, regular and time conscious group, always sharing and contributing ideas and information.

The group advocates the use of right vacabulary to ensure that messages/ information passed are well understood.

Group one is eager to learn from one another, creative and committed.

Agreement and Benjamin were so motivative, their contribution was enormous and they deserve a credit.

I hope the group will remain intact and continue to pursue for more educative knowledge together.

How to improve my practice.

First and above all one should have the right curricum, the right text books, right quantity and at the right time.

The curricum should be measurable for a definite period, that can be broken down as per required periods and completed within those periods.

There should be regular refresher training for the trainer and any motivation should be reasonable and timely.

Students recruited should be in the right class that befit their level of education.

Development of good methods to activate students.

My work

I am a Business Skills Trainer and have been a Tutor at Norwegian peoples Aid, Yei Vocational Training Centre for the last six (6) years.

The subject will enable the sudents know the purpose of going into business, the characteristics of a good business owner and have some basic knowledge in record keeping, costing, pricing, marketing and calculating profit/loss.

And after graduating the students will be able to manage thier businesses properly for possible
reward.
