How to improve my practice.

First and above all one should have the right curricum, the right text books, right quantity and at the right time.

The curricum should be measurable for a definite period, that can be broken down as per required periods and completed within those periods.

There should be regular refresher training for the trainer and any motivation should be reasonable and timely.

Students recruited should be in the right class that befit their level of education.

Development of good methods to activate students.

  1. You are stating. First and above all one should have the right curriculum, the right text books, right quantity and at the right time.

This makes me curious: How do you know that a curriculum, text book etc. is the right one?

Further you wrote that students recruited should be in the right class which enables them to befit from their level of education. This leads me to consider the complex area of knowing an individual`s capacity to learn. How do you assess an individual`s capacity to learn a certain subject matter?

A relevant source of knowledge in this field is Lev Vygotsky
